I have a B Comm Honours degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a Master of Commerce degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. I worked for Innscor International (Pizza Inn and Chicken Inn) as a Restaurant Manager. I later joined Yum Restaurants International and was part of the opening team for the first KFC restaurant in Zimbabwe (KFC Belgravia). KFC then expanded into the Zambian market and I had the chance to train the new staff in Zambia for 2 months. I also worked for Regency Hotel Flamboyant as Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. Currently I am working for a 5 star luxury hotel in Qatar (SBE Hotel Mondrian) located at West Bay, Doha.
